January 16:  Snow Removal.  Be patient with the sidewalks around the parks.  Snow removal company has had some breakdowns with the cold and there is snow forecasted for Saturday morning.... so they will clear the parks sidewalks Saturday afternoon.

On Tuesday, December 2, at 7PM the Somerset Property Owners Association will be having its annual meeting to discuss current issues and the future our or community. We will attempt to make the meeting last only an hour and half and request your participation. Please contact  the Somerset Clubhouse with any issue you feel need to be discussed at this meeting and inserted in the agenda.

We are also looking for volunteers to be on the board. In order for the board to understand the needs and best communicate to all areas of Somerset we are specifically looking for an individual living in a home West of Stange, a representative from the commercial area, and an individual from the town homes to make a commitment our community. The meeting cycle we have been observing as of late is the third Tuesday of every month at 7 PM. We are also looking for someone who might be interested and has experience in the title positions: president, treasurer, secretary. Again, please contact the Somerset Clubhouse if you have any interest in serving or questions.
